We all have so much to be grateful for. As a Chef, I feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful place as Wine Country here in Northern California truly a CORNUCOPIA of the best produce, meats, dairy and seafood available to us in this country all year long. It is such a pleasure to cook for others!
